To renew your National Criminal History Check with Intercheck, please follow the link below and login to your Intercheck account as an existing user.

Login to your Intercheck account using your email address and password and click ‘order a new police check’ to start a new application.
If your previous police check was started over 3 months ago, a 10% loyalty discount will automatically be applied to your renewed police check payment.
To cancel an existing police check or right to work check application, please email our team at help@intercheck.com.au quoting your reference/invoice number and the reason you wish to cancel your application.
Our finance team will review and respond back to you via email.
We do advise you to choose our service carefully, as we do not normally issue refunds if you have simply changed your mind or if you have lodged your police check with the wrong provider (administrative fees may apply).
Please consult with the entity that has requested the police check to ascertain the organisation you are required to lodge your application with.
We are able to offer a refund where there are duplicate applications, the service is incorrect, the service is different to the product purchased on our website or when the service is not delivered as advertised.

Once we have received all of the required documents (a total of four identity documents and a current self-photograph), your police check application will be processed and submitted to the police checking services.
Once the application has been submitted to the police checking services, 70% of police check results are returned within 1-2 business days. The remaining applications are processed within 3-12 business days or longer.
For applications that do take longer than two business days, we are reliant on the police to finalise these results and cannot fast track this process in any way.
You will be notified as soon as the result has been finalised by the police checking services.
There are a small percentage of police checks that may take longer to process if they have been flagged for manual review. This means that your police check application is being further reviewed by the police checking services.
There are many reasons as to why this may occur. These reasons may include:

You will be notified as soon as the result has been finalised by the police checking services.
When completing your police check application you will need to specify the purpose of your police check . The check purpose must clearly specify the reason you are applying for a police check. All vague or general check purposes will be rejected and you will be requested to provide further information.
If we have sent you an email requesting for you to provide additional documents for your National police check, please upload the requested document(s) to your online application directly.
